Collins and Arnold was selected during the conceptual phase of the power center for their expertise in site analysis and estimating. The development of this 118 acre site required a .96 mile four lane parkway and moving over one million cubic yards of material. Upon completion, Eisenhower Crossing consisted of 581,000 SF of retail space, which included 14 national tenants.
