SHOPPING CENTERS::Landing at Cedar Bluff
This impressive center on a busy corner started as a massive site project that included an underground detention structure of precast concrete that had to support parking above. The center was anchored by a 123,000 square foot Marketplace Kroger store which included a jewelry store, a home décor and furniture section, a double drive thru pharmacy, in addition to the extensive grocery fare. A Kroger Fuel Center and 18,000 square feet of retail shops completed the project.
